I’m writing this on a late Sunday evening from the airport lounge in Porto, fresh from my long weekend away. I say fresh, truth is I’m a little bedraggled and more than a little tired after what’s been a very full but lovely weekend away in the second largest city in Portugal. I have 3 hours to kill, thanks to a husband who likes to take arriving at the airport ‘in plenty of time’ to a new level.
